We are at your disposal if you wish to exchange your Redsack products for a different one. You are eligible for an exchange within seven days of receiving your order.

Kindly be advised that exchanges are permissible solely under the subsequent circumstances:

Upon arrival, the journal was damaged or defective.

There must be no visible indications of deterioration or use in the journal.

Discounted journals are non-returnable and do not qualify for exchanges.

To commence a correspondence, kindly transmit an email to resackjournals@gmail.com. We will investigate the journal upon receipt of your submission and inform you of the subsequent proceedings.

Moreover, extra information:

Kindly permit a minimum of seven days for the replacement journal to be dispatched subsequent to our receipt and approval of your returned journal.

As a result of the product’s characteristics, we do not currently offer a “return for refund” policy.
